- To develop, optimize and validate the bio-analytical methods for micro and macro molecule analysis.
- To perform routine analysis of preclinical and clinical trial samples to support pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity and biomarker assessments.
- To operate, calibrate and troubleshoot advanced analytical platform such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC.
- Strictly adhere to the good laboratory practices (GLP) guidelines and execute work in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- To process and compile analytical data, perform elementary statistical analysis, and draft comprehensive method validation and bioanalytical study repots.
- To maintain laboratory equipments.
- To ensure adequate supply of inventories and assist training to Junior research associates or technician or analyst.
Research Associate – Bio Analytical - SPINOS LIFE SCIENCE AND RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED - Coimbatore

- To develop and validate bio analytical method in biological matrix by using LC-MS/MS.
- To analysis the study samples of allotted projects for bio availability and bio-equivalence in bio analytical department.
- Handling and operation of LC-MS/MS, HPLC.
- Extraction and separation of target molecules in biological matrix by using validated LC-MS/MS & HPLC method.
- Monitoring day to day regular support towards the development.
- Performing, recording and reviewing of internal calibration of instrument such as Micropipettes, Electronic Semi-Micro balance and electronic micro balance, LC-MS/MS and other instruments and equipments in bio-analytical department.
- Ensure effective implementation of Good laboratory practice norms by checking of instrument calibration status, competence of all the equipments and instruments logbooks.
- To ensure the instrument calibration s are done before due dates as per standard operating procedure.
- Online documentation, raw data review recording, chromatographic data printing and updating the method note for newly developed molecule and checking the method log book.
- Handling a team of analysts involved in the method development, method validation & project sample analysis.
- To process and analyze biological sample for estimation of targeted drug / metabolite concentration by using validated method.
