Independently handle tender and project specification reviews to determine technical feasibility and compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals, cost breakdowns, and Bill of Materials (BOM) aligned with customer RFQs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for component evaluation, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Support project management through documentation, testing coordination, and post-order client communication.
- Visit packagers and suppliers for discussions and inspections to ensure quality and project alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the direct sales team to enhance proposal efficiency, profitability, and hit rate.
- Generate proposal reports, dashboards, and market analysis insights using Excel, Power BI, and SAP CRM
