• Coordinate with the merchant, Delivery Company to track the whereabouts about the order and keeping the customer informed on the status of their orders.
• Reimburse Unprocessed/ out of stock orders and notify the customer of cancellation and initiate new orders.
• Coordinate the warehouse team, merchant to assist the customer in returning defective/incomplete orders and arrange for refund/replacements.
• Taken care of fraud account review and activation of eligible account by coordinating with the customers.
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring the team on the company's mission, purpose, goals, and help develop team on performance, behavior and future development.
• Monitor shift operations, leave planning and ensure that the team meets the schedule adherence and the required production hours.
• Responsible to prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business performance and review/present the same with management and provide callouts
• Conduct quality checks & periodical review of process adherence to drive and improve quality efficiency.
