• Monitor all data center activities and responsible for smooth operation with 100% uptime and reporting to Shift manager and Data center manager on daily basis.
• Manpower handling (7 nos) i.e. Electrician (2nos), BMS operator (1 nos), HVAC operator (2nos), DG operator (1 nos), and BMS Engineer (1 nos).
• Maintenance of HT panel, LT panel, transformer, diesel generator, UPS, PDU, Chillers, Secondary pump, PAHU.
• Maintain record on daily basis of Electrical energy consumption, BTU consumption, DG running hours, Diesel consumption, Water consumption.
• Planning and effecting preventive maintenance repair schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and long- term equipment reliability.
• Responsible for project tracker.
• Responsible for project snag point identification with closer and infrastructure improvement.
• Responsible for socket testing BCPM and rack power on report.
• Responsible to handle breakdown and change over activity.
• Maintain Vendor performance tracker.
• Reporting of every incident and escalation of unresolved incidents as per defined escalation matrix till resolved.
• Ensure all critical parameters are monitoring with appropriate threshold for data center facility setup.
• Good understanding about UPS redundancy and distribution of power from source to distinction.
• Vendors Co-ordination for breakdown calls and Preventive Maintenance.
