I am pursuing a bachelor's in Science from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.

I have completed intermediate schooling with a science stream from NIOS .

My strength is a quick learner, self-motivated, a positive thinker & a hard worker.

My weakness is I always want to improve myself.

I have 6 members in my family including me.

My hobbies are listening to music, reading technology-related books and playing chess.

My short-term goal is to get a job in a well-reputed company like yours.

My long-term goal is to get a reputed position in the company where I can build my career & help the organization.

• Make the Live cases, Non-Delinquent & W-off Performance MIS daily wise.
• Agency Empanelment Process.
• Co-ordinate with the Agency Team and head office as per Location according to allocation. •

Make the rectification in the system & update the payment status.

• Agency Billing.
• Update the Repossession Stock with MIS.
• Regular follow-up for NOC.
• Customer Dealing & arranging to resolve the query.
• Coordinate with All Team Members to Update Their Work Status.
• Handling PDC and ECS: We have received PDC cheques and ECS from pan India. We entered details in

LMS and Excel sheet. Generating MIS on a daily, monthly & quarterly basis.

• Prompt Co-ordination & Communication: To ensure Prompt Co-ordination and Clear communication with all concerns i.e., RO Team and Counter Sections in Operation Dept and other

Depts etc. this coordination is maintained at the time when the query is raised from the concerned section and when it is allocated to concerned departments in HO operations.

• Updation of BRM: Updating BRM (bank rejected mandate) details in the system and maintaining proper record.
• Process knowledge and suggestions for improvement: 1) To understand and analyze all the related processes of the operation department like receipt accounting, NDC, etc. (2) Making MIS on a weekly or monthly basis. (3) To suggest improvement in interlinked processes with the help of new initiatives.
• Smooth Functioning of Operation Helpdesk & Prompt Query Resolution: (i) Monitoring of query resolution trend by quicker and timely resolution of queries and reverting the same to the concerned sections like RO, customer care, and counter sections Of HO and to ensure the smooth functioning of operations help desk. (ii) Escalation of pending queries as per the escalation matrix and ensuring maintenance of TAT at the same time.
• Update Bank Status: Uploading bank status in the system for which cases are bounced and cleared then

Accordingly to the bank we upload data in the system, then prepare MIS according to the same.

• Swapping: If the customer wants to change his account details and mode, so for the same we need swapping docs like ZH approval, customer request letter, Gap interest amount, New ECS, and fresh

PDC/ SPDC cheques.
