I am a civil engineering and procurement management graduate with sufficient hands-on experience in the industry - currently a technical sales representative for Meta Plant and Equipment: the official Schwing Stetter dealer in East Africa .
My skills set include:-
-Researching and prospecting for potential customers.
-Listening and briefing customers about our products and solutions.
-Planning and drafting sales proposals.
-Sending quotations and pursuing these to purchase orders.
-Managing new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording, and follow-up with the objective of securing purchase orders
-Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technical solutions.
-Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
-Reporting on competitive activity and recommend actions to management for review
