Hello! I'm Samuel – a Construction project manager, a project scheduler, project coordinator, a construction estimator and a material takeoff expert.

I have 4+ years of experience in heath facility construction, residential construction, high rise structures/apartments and engineering industries with at least 10 projects successfully completed till date. I have wide-ranging knowledge of how to correctly read and analyze a set of plans and specifications for design implementation, project planning and implementation and project management.

My software of choice for all my construction management activities are Microsoft office (excel and word mostly), ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Plan swift, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, Monday.com and click up which I have used for construction document preparation, sketching and designing, quantity take offs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, project scheduling and digital teams management. I am a conceptual scheduler when using this software and am able to bring a lot to the project by fully utilizing my skill set.

As an expert construction professional I can also:

• Accurately review the plans and specifications given to you to estimate an entire job or a specific scope, trade, or division of the project (e.g. all of the carpet for the job, all of the flooring for the job, or all of the divisions, etc.) I then apply regional pricing to each item in the estimate to give you accurate material, labor, and equipment costs for the project.
• I can help review and send submittals to the design team for their review. I will review these against the drawings and project specifications to ensure the right products are being submitted, all the required documentation per the specifications is being submitted, and that all shop drawings are accurate.
