After graduating with a first-class B.A. (Hons) Management in Health and Social Care, I started off my career from the very first step in order to be capable to fully understand this sector and gradually progressed to the position of payroll manager. Throughout this journey I discovered a passion for payroll and analytical processes which led me to pursue this gratifying yet challenging career. This profession gave me a new insight where I apprehend and recognize the individual’s needs knowing that no single approach will fit every individual. This has encouraged me to wade through various modalities and opt for the best possible match to each matter. I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. I focus on delivering key outcomes, build and lead my team towards optimizing our tasks and quickly adapting to new technology and learnings. My uncompromising focus is to develop high performance of both self and others.
