HR ADMINISTRATOR | BISSELL MEXICO - HC 300 | SEPT 2024-CURRENT

• Capture pre-payroll.
• Participate in Internal events.
• Recruitment & selection: post jobs vacancies union, non-union and interns 
• Apply and capture disciplinary reports and personnel information.
• Make and send cafeteria reports for payment.
• Elaborate annual training plan, DC-1, DC-2, to program and capture courses taken by associates and generate DC-3’s.
• Attending personnel's doubts.
• Evacuation Brigade Leader. 

• Capture pre-payroll, safety walks, recruitment & selection process of union, non-union and interns, internal events and attending personnel's doubts.

• Prepare pre-payroll - Mexican & Korean.
• Recruitment and selection of union / non-union people 
• Management of petty cash.
• Coordinate maintenance of facilities and automobiles.
• Coordinate Safety and Environment area.
• Attend and follow up on audits and/or inspections of government.
• Control of services: cafeteria, cleaning and security. / Direct supervisor of drivers (2), external security guards (2), maintenance (1) and cleaning (1) staff.

• Recruitment & selection: induction, delivery of documentation and EPP to new associates, preparation and control of files. 
• Follow-up signatures in grade changes and contracts, capture cafetería service orders, disciplinary reports and personnel information.
