3 Plants startup (2 at Monterrey & 1 at San Luis Potosi) greenfield.

Implementation of the Customer Specific Requirements into the Quality Systems to ensure new projects get Customer Approval, launched a new business unit with total of 3 family of projects with 3 projects each approved.
Process Evaluation to guarantee the fulfillment of customer and internal specifications,
Lead the plan for MSA and CPK, performed the gap analysis (DFMEA-PFMEA-CP) and support the launch team.
