My aim is to advance the People function beyond traditional HR, advocating and embracing new technology and better ways of working so that we can empower and focus on what matters most - the People.
I am currently looking for a new senior HR full-time or interim role in Europe, based in Amsterdam.
Ervaring
- 14+ years of progressive international HR, TA, project management and business operations experience
- Hands-on, proactive, and consultative approach to people strategy, using data and analytics to drive decisions
- M&A HR project management experience, including restructuring and workforce integration
- Strong systems and people analytics knowledge, with experience implementing HRIS and ATS systems
Opleiding
BA (Honours) Degree in International Business
