With 8 years of diverse professional experience, I have honed my skills as a fashion retail manager, customer service expert, and Public Relations executive assistant. My expertise spans customer service, efficiency, and organization, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Passionate about art, music, and creative expression, I bring a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to every role I undertake.
With 8 years of experience in fashion retail, customer service, and public relations, I have honed my skills in creating exceptional client experiences and managing various projects.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, where I developed a capsule collection alongside a thesis, managing and overseeing all steps of the collection's production. My studies encompassed fashion and design, as well as business and communication, equipping me with the comprehensive knowledge needed to run projects effectively. Alongside, I did several short courses in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, to develop a better business approach.
And finally, at the moment I’m starting a pre-master in Arts, Culture and Society in the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
