I am applying for the position of Foreman/Production site manager. With extensive experience as a site/production manager in construction projects in Norway, I bring strong planning, coordination and quality focus to your projects.
In my current role at Ruta AS, I am responsible for planning and coordinating subcontractors, weekly production plans, BAS meetings and close follow-up of deviations and quality. I work effectively at the interface between design and execution and collaborate closely with the project manager, client and architect.
I am a hands-on leader with clear communication and a strong delivery mindset. My strengths include planning, attention to detail and building good collaboration on site to ensure all parties move in the same direction.
