I prepare, cook and serve food delegated as my responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. I monitor stock movement and am responsible for ordering on my section.

I am currently employed as a line cook in Bait Al Bahr (a reputable seafood specialty restaurant). Among my responsibilities are assisting with food preparation, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing vegetables, meats, and fish, assisting other Chefs, assisting with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation.
I'm getting direct experience working in a fine dining business and learning the fundamentals of the culinary world.
