Handle the update management portion of the key areas of focus as well as the vulnerability remediation tasks.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems with business applications, networking, and hardware for clients and end users, both virtually and on-site
- Document all technical notes within the ConnectWise ticketing system
- Act as an escalation point for clients and end users
- Handle the infrastructure architecture of one or more client environments, to be considered subject matter expert for those environments
- Communicate with internal stakeholders using a consultative approach, anticipate obstacles, and recommend solutions to mitigate
- Deliver identity and device security reports (IAM and MDM)
- Deliver network security through vulnerability remediation
- Deliver network performance reports
- Handle change management reporting
- Provide support on managed detection and response, deployment, discovery and implementation, remediation management, and update management for firewalls, switches, hypervisors, servers, and workstations
- Provide cloud solutions architecture support including mobile device management, cloud-based policies and controls for mobile devices (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS), Azure Active Directory/identity management, single sign-on across cloud platforms, Windows Virtual Desktops and Remote Applications, Azure Files, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
