I've been working for customer service for about half of my life. I used to take customer complaints as privilege, so that i am able to give them customer service satisfaction. I am calm critical thinker when handling customer concerns, as to give them proper and fair resolution for their problem. I can do multi-tasking in customer service and in sales aspect.
