Lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise GIS data management and solutions using the ArcGIS platform. Provide technical leadership in enterprise geodatabase design and administration. Manage the publication, maintenance, and integration of GIS services across ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
Specialize in the design and implementation of hydrospatial mapping solutions for marine, coastal, inland water, and bathymetric applications. - Lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise GIS data management and solutions using the ArcGIS platform. Develop and configure GIS web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and enterprise services that support client operations and business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership in enterprise geodatabase design and administration, including RDBMS configuration, versioning, replication, indexing, archiving, QA/QC, and performance optimization. Develop automation workflows using Python and ArcPy to improve data processing efficiency, system reliability, and operational scalability.
- Manage the publication, maintenance, and integration of GIS services across ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, ensuring data integrity, interoperability, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect geospatial solutions and support enterprise deployments.
- Provide data technical support for enterprise GIS projects by troubleshooting geospatial data issues, resolving data integrity and quality concerns, supporting data migration and conversion workflows, and ensuring compliance with established GIS data standards and best practices.
- Specialize in the design and implementation of hydrospatial mapping solutions for marine, coastal, inland water, and bathymetric applications using Esri technologies. Configure and manage hydrographic, bathymetric, and Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) datasets, supporting ArcGIS Maritime and enterprise GIS environments for hydrospatial data visualization, analysis, and dissemination.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver hydrospatial and enterprise GIS solutions through technical consulting, solution design, and system implementation. Evaluate emerging geospatial technologies and industry standards to enhance enterprise and hydrospatial solution capabilities.
- Support business development initiatives by engaging prospective clients, conducting requirements discovery sessions, and translating business needs into enterprise GIS and ArcGIS solution proposals.
- Plan and deliver solution demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts showcasing ArcGIS capabilities across hydrospatial solutions, enterprise GIS, and digital transformation initiatives for local and national government agencies.
- Collaborate with account managers, consultants, and technical teams in preparing technical proposals, solution architectures, project scopes, statements of work (SOW), and effort estimates for government and private sector clients.
- Conduct field data collection using GPS devices and mobile applications, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Produce high-quality maps for print, web, and enterprise applications while supporting client enablement through technical demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
