- Coordinating professionally to company partners and suppliers in terms on technical problem and issue of faulty components or parts on reported system units.
- Understanding on the accounts or handled products to interpret procedure and technical requirement using a system or portal (ACER, LENOVO, HP, EPSON, etc.)
- Creating technical report as cases to case basis and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Creating a report – pending cases of the team for reporting and discussion in weekly or monthly meetings with the heads.
