I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 10 years and most of my experience is in appointment setting. I also have experience as a virtual assistant for a property management company and i am assigned in the leasing department. I receive calls and also do cold calls for possible tenants and seller and set an appointment with our agents.

With those experiences i believe i can help your company in terms of selling your products. My strategy in making calls is to be pleasant informative and helpful. I do my homework and know enough about the product to get them interested.

If the call does not result in an appointment I thank them for their time and leave my number. I put those individuals in my call back file and I call them back increasing my success rate even more. I believe with those skills that I’ve developed for the past years I can apply it even with a non-voice campaign since I can multi task may it be written or verbal.I’d love to bring my special talent to your organization.
