I work at CTE Sales of Negros, an authorized distributor of Jack 'n Jill Products, as an Operations Encoder. My duties include:

• Encoding details of bad orders (such as expired products) and good orders — which refer to items returned in good condition, or products with minor flaws that are not suitable for sale in grocery stores
• Receiving files and records of bad orders and good orders from sales agents
• Filing and organizing all relevant documents
• Addressing and resolving concerns and issues raised by sales agents regarding CN (Credit Notes)
