In my role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, I had the opportunity to investigate several approaches for utilizing credits and collections to enhance my effectiveness in the type of work I do. I give everything I am given my all in the work that I do.

• Monitor customer overdue for collection. as agents’ basis for their monthly target. All reports • Makes daily collection update.
• Calling the attentions of the assigned Sales. Representative regarding dues or for Collections.
• Sometimes also needs to contact customer and gently remind them of their account’s past dues.
• Assisting sales representatives concerns like AR and settle concern until resolved.
• Monitor bounce checks of customers. •Makes an AR aging report to be presented weekly to the supervisors. Generates AR an excel file monthly. requested by the owner. •Weekly/daily reconciliation of collections and accounts receivable aging •Makes the monthly collection target of customers for sales agents to be collected for the month. •Approve customers sales orders. Input adjusting entries to the system, all related to AR. •Makes a statement of account sometimes if the customer. requests •Pay off agent collection to the system as the basis for customers to be cleared of their overdue obligations.
• Makes bank reconciliation with the bank Brought up concerns to immediate supervisors. about problems involving hard to collect accounts. Prepares a demand letter for customers that have past dues and have missed payments.
