Responsibilities
- Work on Server based system of campus
- Troubleshooting of minor system and network errors in server
- Connectivity of Computer’s user printer and scanner with server
- Worked on cat6 internet wire.
- Provide IT support to run class in each support
- Provide IT support in offices Labs and research lab on time
- Provide IT support in Webinar, Video Conferencing and program within and outside of the campus
- Performs maintenance and troubleshoot for all hardware and software on campus
- Provide technical support to students and faculty in the use of computers and internet during lab sessions Ex: Admission Entry Test, Webinar, Seminars, etc
- Monitors activities and behavior of students in labs to ensure safety of student’s.
- Troubleshooting of network devices Ex: LAN MAN Switch, Hub, Modem and Router
- Troubleshooting of Blockage of Internet access
- Fix internal and external IT software hardware and network issues timely

- Strong skills with Computer Hardware Networking.
- Maintain a network of computer with windows server 12 and workstations PCs.
- Installation and troubleshooting of all Computers hardware.
- Experience of supporting a wide and varied Student base issues
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Servers
- Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures
- Installation and support of telecommunication equipment and exchange
- Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups
- Responsible for maintaining Data, System and Server backups Daily basis
- Anti-Virus products, Ethernet Configuration and Troubleshooting of Wireless Routers, Wi-Fi Access
- Good Experience with HUB Switch , Modem and Cabling
- Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues
- Installation of Software in client pc when required by any class teacher

- Conduct Freelancing classes to tell them how to start career in the freelancing
- Teaching Networking, Programing subjects.
- Have best experience with client dealing and proposal writing of the projects
