I worked here From 28 May, 2017 to till worked as Junior Assistant Manager HR in same organization. My responsibilities are following:

• Recruitment of management employees.
• Recruitment of teachers and conduct panel interview.
• Conduct interview with HOD Of Different Departments & Proceed it for future Processin
• NADRA Verification of new comers and also coordinate with NADRA team regarding issues and Bills.
• Recruitment of Apprentice and coordination with TEVTA Gujranwala Team regarding apprentices Certificates and their strength.
• Yearly coordination with HODs for Evaluation of Apprentices and update on portal.
• Updar all types of employee's separation.
• Update Confirmation of employees in ERP.
• Update Manning on daily basis shared with Manager.
• Forward Clearances of employees in Departments & Follow Up.
• Provide data for bank accounts and proper follow-up of all employee's accounts with HBL.
• Updated Bank accounts in ERP of employees and proper coordination with finance regarding their salaries issues.
• Renew the contracts of all contractors on yearly basis.
• Check Strength of All departments on Daily Basis. Update Budget of all departments on Annual basis.
• Verification of Travelling bills(Both Foreign and Local) and proper follow up with finance.
• Daily Proper follow up of scan files of all leaver's employee personal file and update on portal.

Still I am working in INTERLOOP since 2021.
