My name is Muhammad Nadeem and I Passed The Master Of Computer Science in 2019. I have 4 Year IT Support Experience with Different Retail Stores and Now Im working as an IT Assistant Manager in Carrefour Hypermarkets.
As an IT Assistant Manager, I assist the IT Manager in overseeing and coordinating various IT operations within the organization. I work closely with the IT Manager to support strategic planning, decision-making, and project management related to technology and IT systems.
My responsibilities are supervising and providing guidance to the IT team members, assigning tasks, evaluating their performance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the timely resolution of IT-related problems. Additionally, I manage IT assets and inventory, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Collaboration with other departments is essential in understanding their technology needs and providing appropriate solutions. I also play a role in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and security measures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.
