I am a dedicated and organized administrative professional with experience in healthcare operations, coordination, and customer service. Currently working as an Operational Coordinator & Regional In-charge at Chughtai Lab, I manage daily operations, staff scheduling, patient coordination, and reporting using systems like Django, Fleet, and Nexus. With a strong academic background in Business Administration (BBA – Finance) from UET Lahore, I bring both technical and strategic thinking to my work. My final year project involved optimizing home sample collection services, showcasing my ability to identify and solve real-world operational challenges. I’m known for my strong communication skills, reliability under pressure, and a solution-focused approach to team and task management. I’m now looking for growth opportunities in administrative or coordination roles where I can continue learning, contributing, and making systems more efficient.
