I have an MBA in Human Resource Management (First Distinction) with extensive experience as an HR Manager at a leading Fire Safety/Facilities Management company in UAE. Managing HR Operations for 900+ employees. I manage end to end recruitment for all departments like operations, finance, procurement, logistics, admin, helpdesk, QHSE etc.
Along with Talent Acquisition, I perform a wide range of duties like on boarding, inductions, training and development in coordination with QHSE, internal and external correspondence, attendance leave management, assistance in payroll processing, final clearance, managing all types of insurances (Medical, CAR, Money, Fire, Fidelity, PAR, TPL etc.), ISO standards and compliance, labor law compliance, and assisting in immigration procedures for new visa, renewals and cancellations.
