• Plan and organize recreational activities for both adults and children.
• Prepare logistics of activities and make sure that every event is carried out in an orderly manner.
• Liaise with other recreation team members and coordinate with the planning of other fitness activities.
• Coordinate with respective departments regarding concerns on event planning.
• Respond to and directly interact with resident's concerns and queries regarding compound events and other general queries.
• Create advertising materials for planned activities and have the same placed on bulletin boards and posted on social media pages.
• Monitor event sign ups and RSVPs posted on social media pages, and have the same communicated to F&B Department for careering and preparations.
• Create monthly/yearly projection of activities and map out all the necessary preparations needed for the proposed events.
• Liaise with F&B Department in conducting food photography for advertising purposes.
• Carry out instructions given by the Compound Manager and ensure that they are followed and brought about in a timely manner.
• Create monthly accountability reports for events income/expenses and have the same checked and approved by the Compound Manager before submitting to Accounts.
• Write and assemble the compound newsletter, create the page design, and write articles as necessary.
