I am a highly resourceful HR professional with an extensive experience of 15+ years of delivering best practices across a diverse range of Human Resource policies, processes and functions that aids in cultivating an employee oriented environment that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment and on-going development of a superior workforce. I am seeking a pivotal role with an opportunity of proficient growth to contribute accrued HR skills/ expertise towards the progress of a leading organization.
