Eugene is a Psychiatric Case Manager, with 6 years of progressive experience working with children, adults and elderlies with mental health conditions (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression) and/or special needs (autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, down’s syndrome, mild intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities and social-emotional difficulties). He is passionate about lifelong learning and is constantly looking for opportunities to upgrade his skill sets and contribute to Mental Health Education.
