Being in operations and business support for the past 3 years has allowed me to help multiple individuals, clients and companies manage operational risk and control while maintaining consistent client service for various stakeholders. As a highly motivated individual and team player who seeks for continuous improvements to advance myself, I am able to adapt to situations strategically. I've worked as a commodity trade operation intern in 2020, and converted to a full time executive for 4 months after I finished my internship, doing mostly sugar & Coffee trade execution. I also focused on floor Shipping, logistics, relationship management, analytical skills and problem-solving while providing Trading support for EMEA & APAC timezone. Then i moved on to being an APAC CB Business Operations Apprentice & Executive Project development at JPMorgan Chase where i mainly do governance, data analysis and operational risk Strategic thinking. I also focus on Country regulations & risk management Compliance and regulatory review and management on a day to day basis. Now, I'm with MANULIFE as a High Net Worth Case executive doing New business, post sales and policy services for the HNW clients.
