Caregiver Volunteer : Kristen Gray’s Family (Part time) 2021-2022

• Offer personal care and social support to a 93 year old patient in her home.
• Documents vitals, behaviors and medications and log client’s condition for medical providers
• Oversee medication administration
• Transport patient to all doctor’s appointments.
• Assist with grocery shopping, meals prep and laundry as needed

• Supporting kids schizophrenia, anxiety, learning disability and physical diasability
•  Provide direction supervision and therapeutic to children and adolescents .
• Intervene with students and families crisis situation
