Provide support for network access and applications. Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, ability to provide advanced troubleshooting and assist users through simple, and advanced procedures. Monitor Helpdesk queue (phone, voicemail, e-mail and ticketing system) for support requests. Provide basic and advanced administration in Active Directory of Users and Groups, various types of devices.
Manage Active directory resources and security group permissions. Manage accounts in Office 365, MFA administration and deployment of MDM applications. Contribute to the knowledgebase by creating instructions for common and rare issues. Assist in implementation and support of global IT infrastructure. Ensure help desk quality standards, document and analyze information. Flexibility with work shift - after-hour support and on-call schedule as necessary.
