IT Technician. My primary purpose is to resolve the user communities technical issues in a timely manner, turning their frown up side down. My specialty is dealing with the irate and very upset personalities, which they become my very best friends afterwards.
Experience involved in desktop computers, laptops, break/fix, over 50 + migrations in my years of experiences and network troubleshooting, configuration, and connectivity issues also. I have team Lead experience in Windows deployments/migrations. I have heavy emphasis on VIP’s, Managers, and the upset personalities with technical issues first. I’m also proficient in refurbishing laptops, desktops and various computer components. Monitor and maintain Active Directories, GPO Folders, OU’s access and password reset for the user community. Lead Tech in installing configuring and testing applications, pre-Windows 7 rollout to Windows 10. I’m well experienced in troubleshooting applications on Windows 1 through 10 and MAC (Apple Computers). Through troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, upgrading, configuring, and repairing computer systems and network system components, cisco routers, switches and hubs. Windows 1 through Windows 10 operating systems, with high concentration on managers, supervisors technical issues as a priority.
