Transitioning from the USPS and seeking a full-time role in the field of Information Technology. 20+ years of experience in customer service, along with military, and management experience. Recently completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate — an eight-month intensive IT support program that covers troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security, and includes evaluative hands-on assessments, and completed an 8-course program at Mount Wachusett Community College (MWCC) with a foundation in IT security, as well as training in microcomputer networks, and software.
