I am an Equity Practitioner, DEI Consultant and Infrastructure Enhancement Specialist with experience in Program Management interested in supporting organizations to be their most equitable selves with inclusive and humanity-centered teams. I enjoy designing and facilitating workshops and strategy centered in diversity, equity and inclusion to promote organizational change and development work. All of my roles have required me to prioritize people internally and center a culture that empowers staff to be innovative leaders continuously working towards more inclusive cultures where everyone can belong.
