• Worked directly with management and ownership to make new drink menus and refine the logistics of our fresh press juice program
• Took on responsibility's as bar lead and held that position in a high turnover rate enviroment for 5 years
• Was able to curate relationships and hold down regulars even in the off season of a heavily season reliant bar

I started as a line cook in charge of multiple stations. Spent one year as lead cook in charge of prep and quality control for the whole line as expo.
