I have 20 yrs restaurant management including as MP, GM and Owner. Spent the last 2 and a half yrs in banking to try another industry but reimfermed I belong in restaurants
I was with Bonefish Grill for 8 yrs; started as the FOH manager, went through my internships, and was the Managing Partner of the Durham location which I opened, didnt inherit. I've opened 5 restaurants including my own (with a group of partners) in Belize. I was a Senior Manager at P.F.
Changs in Durham, General Manager at First Watch in Southern Pines and the Twisted Grape in Cameron. While I was with First Watch I approached by an acquaintance about a bank position and decided to try to try another industry which just reaffirmed I belong in restaurants. Im looking for a new challenge and journey with a company I believe in with good values and mission.
