My name is Ben Lentz and I'm 27 years old. Born in Maryland, and matured in North Carolina. Graduated from New Bern High School in 2014; and attended Wake Tech Community College and UNC-Charlotte University for my higher education. I have been in the (restaurant) industry all my life, and have a true passion for “Southern Hospitality.”
I have been in the restaurant industry for over a decade now, starting as a dishwasher at age 13. I have worked in a variety of different positions including host, dishwasher, server, bar-back, busboy/back-wait, bartender, prep-cook, and line-cook. I have also been a part of a few management teams as well. I strive to provide top-tier customer service and pride myself in doing so.
I transferred from Wake Technical Community College after completing the majority of my general education courses here, to UNC-Charlotte University, where I majored in International Studies. After a year here, I got a job offer as a FOH Manager at a restaurant I had previously worked at and accepted it.
