I have worked in higher education within student services for close to seven years. I deeply appreciate the opportunity to connect and work with a wide range of students with assisting them achieve their educational goals. Through Student Records and Financial Aid I have developed a knowledge base to institutional, state, and federal processes and regulations to assist students while adhering to the necessary procedures.
I have worked seven years within both public and private higher education institutions within student services. My primary field has been financial aid where I have a broad knowledge base of packaging financial aid, reviewing financial aid files, and performing verification and resolving conflicting information.
I have graduated from FSCJ with a Bachelor's of Science in Financial Services in December of 2022. I am currently enrolled at University of Central Florida for a Master's of Arts in Educational Leadership with an expected graduation date of December 2024.
