I am Amanda Lydick, a lifelong caregiver, healer, and revolution seeker—rooted in the US I am currently in Atlanta, Georgia, but guided by a calling that transcends geography. My journey through healthcare has been one of devotion: 30+ years of tending to bodies, minds, and spirits with reverence and grace.

I’ve moved fluidly between clinical care, holistic wellness, and administrative health settings always listening for the deeper pulse beneath the surface. I believe that words carry power, tones resonate with meanings words cannot carry, that presence heals delivery gifts of needed relief, and that technology—when infused with heart—can transform lives and even the world.

Now, I offer my gifts in new ways: as a virtual assistant, a remote collaborator, and a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern innovation.
