My name is Amanda. I’m currently in the Finance department at Milliken & Company, where I’ve gained hands-on experience with accounting, customer service and advance software programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Microsoft word. I’m an outgoing, fast learning, bubbly type of person that is confident in her work.

• Maintains supply inventory; verifies inventory levels, place orders for chemicals & inventory items using SAP, places orders for supply room using Ariba.
• Orders, receives, and stores supplies in warehouse or supply room.
• Reviews incoming order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals; inspects and verifies supplies received against invoice and packing slip; initiates request for vendor corrections
• Contacts approved vendors to reorder routine supplies; processes paperwork related to supply requests, including small purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and check requests
• Performs clerical duties related to maintaining stock inventories and stockroom; may operate a computer terminal and/or personal computer
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned for Finance Department.
• Using Excel to export spreadsheets and enter receipts to keep track for spending cost plant wide. 
• Using multiple transactions on SAP to code for payment, route invoices to locations for additional information, EDI freight invoices need to be coded, receiving goods in SAP under the correct PO number, doing weekly consumption on packaging
• Conducting weekly chemical inventory using SAP transactions.
• Using Ariba & SAP to order supplies and chemicals for the plant and put in capital requisitions for capital projects.
