I am Leading the RFIC/mm-wave Design Engineering effort for the development and delivery of mm-wave ICs for Cambridge Terahertz, prior to that, I worked at Humatics where I worked on Milo Micro-location System-based products that offer ultra-precise real-time location using a base station infrastructure that communicates with transponders embedded within product, equipment, or robots.

Prior to Humatics, I worked at Bell Labs, NOKIA as a millimeter-wave IC design researcher. I was leading next-generation E-band and D-band transceiver chipset design for base station backhaul transceivers under the product line called Nokia Wavence. My D-band transceiver design is the first commercial backhaul devices operating in D band.
Some of the key skills that I can bring.
✔ Strong hands-on experience and publications in the design, layout and testing of ultra-high-speed analog, digital and mixed-signal circuits implemented in nano-scale CMOS and SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
✔ Experience in design, modeling and simulation of millimeter-wave wireless and transceivers, data converters and PLLs.
✔ Experience in mm-wave testing and characterization using network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, high-speed oscilloscope, etc.
✔ Technical expertise in all aspect of RF designing
✔ Expertise in board/package SI/PI analyses and high-speed interconnect modeling/validation.
✔ Experience in high-speed circuit simulation and characterization using Cadence Spectre, Agilent ADS or GoldenGate and 3D EM simulators.
✔ Experience in design in advanced SOI CMOS and BiCMOS processes.
✔ 3 plus years of experience in Antenna Design, Designed many antennas for GSM and LTE applications and published 3 journals on Microstrip Antenna design.
✔ Demonstrated expertise in architecture definition, circuit, layout, package and board design.
✔ Knowledge on SIX Sigma Methodology to take up the projects to satisfy the customer CTQs and breakthrough improvements in performance in the organization.
✔ Expertise in handling and resolving customer issues and paid customer training. Possess excellent communication and analytical and leadership skill.
