I have spent 15+ years in progressively more responsible roles. I started on the HR Operations side of things, and kept adding knowledge, skills, and abilities to extend to instructional design, video/online course development, curriculum development, and management/leadership programs.
I have a BS in Business Administration degree, which gave me a broad foundation of business acumen. As I progressed in my career I have attended many talent development related workshops, and courses to add to my TD tool kit. In addition, I earned my certification in Talent Development to further ensure any skill gaps were addressed
