I developed training courses I managed personnel training documentation. I worked with MS Office programs and databases. I quickly learned various locally developed computer systems. I am a customer service advocate, ensuring customer satisfaction in person, by phone and online.

My highest level of education is a Masters of Management in Human Resources from Wayland Baptist University in 2014.
