I have a broad operational experience rooted in a Business Administration degree and grown through over 15 years of Learning, Development and Training experience. I have worked in a variety of industries and environments, training all types of adult learners to meet then exceed their organizational expectations for their roles. My practices are rooted in core learning concepts and the intermingling of emotional intelligence and leadership development-because it takes all three to effectively drive change and improvement in individuals and organizations.
I have two main pillars of formal education-my degree in Business Administration and an intensive certificate program in Lean/Continuous Improvement. Together, along with a lot of experience to fine-tune delivery, I have created a structured and thorough framework for training, learning and development that is applicable to almost any organization and function. The science of the Lean/Continuous Improvement training dramatically shifted the structure and delivery methods of these programs, making them extremely targeted and efficient to quickly deliver the desired organizational results.
