Led multidisciplinary team of 15 former law enforcement managers and investigators and led oversight of more than 200 contract security personnel while delivering enterprise-wide training programs, live-action drills/exercises, and coordinated responses to infrastructure emergencies impacting electric, gas, steam, and data center operations.
Recognized as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, with a track record of partnering with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies during high-risk investigations, storms, and critical incidents. Adept at translating security risk into actionable strategy, policy, and training aligned with business continuity, regulatory compliance, and organizational resilience. Served on AGA/EEI Physical Security Advisory Board as Co-Chair.
Prior to corporate security leadership, served with the New York City Police Department as a Detective/TFO and Deputy U.S. Marshal assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force, conducting domestic and international terrorism investigations alongside federal and intelligence agencies. Held Top Secret / SCI clearance for 7 years and recipient of the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service for the disruption of 2009 NYC Subway Bombing Plot, “Operation High Rise.”
