- Grew CROSSMARK revenue from $10MM to $13MM, maintained the highest gross margin among all teams. Formulated sales strategies that consistently met annual sales targets. Delivered the highest retail sales performance of any team for the client, totaling $40 MM.
- Budgeting and Financial analysis. Managed $8 MM corporate operating budget and a $13MM client budget, met revenue projections, operating expenses, and payroll targets. Delivered monthly forecasting and corporate KPI's. Cultivated relationships with business key stakeholders in Recruiting, Field Support, IT, and Data Analytics.
- Pioneered the Johnson & Johnsons Sales Leadership Development Program. Collaborated with Johnson & Johnson's HR and Training department to establish a comprehensive training program mandated for all new Interns hired.
- Project Manager of a taskforce that created a Rep Training program for CROSSMARK. This program reduced turnover by more than 50%, T & E cost reduced 20%.
- Innovated the implementation of the Client Dashboard through Alteryx and Power BI. Utilized client specific data from Retail Link to provide the various data points within the dashboard.
