Orchestrated the entire process, including funding, scheduling, marketing, and protocol. Coordinated with media services to ensure successful live broadcasting and recording, providing access to the entire intelligence community. • Led in developing and launching the first virtual National Career Development Month for the global workforce. Under a compressed timeline, collaborated with Washington headquarters to organize and support 22 virtual events covering a broad range of career-related topics. Personally created and delivered online content and four workshops. Formally recognized and awarded by leadership for “showing amazing creativity, ingenuity, and patience in developing a robust, fully virtual month of career development activities.”
• Single-handedly organized and moderated a virtual panel discussion featuring Directors and leaders from across the site to share Pivotal Moments and Critical Career Decisions.
