For over 30 years, I have worked as a Chef in Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, and Night Clubs. I am specialized in International Cuisines. I have worked for several HNW principals as a Private Chef as well as a Chef Instructor.
I recently returned from France and Italy after a 14 month stay, working as a Private Chef and Consultant. I am also working simultaneously on three books, of which one is specialized in Eggs, one on our family's genealogy and history, and the last one on stories and recipes from the countries we lived in and visited. I am in this profession because of my love of cooking, testing and inventing new recipes.
I am also a milliner and have won many awards for my creations. Horses and dogs are one of my passions.
