General Manager at Scenthound (2024-03 – 2025-01)

As the General Manager, I successfully helped develop and open the first location of its kind in the Chicagoland area. I was responsible for overseeing construction of the store and ensuring contractors met deadlines for our grand opening. I followed order guides, interviewed and onboarded a team of 12, and successfully sold over 100 presale memberships prior to opening.

I trained and developed my team to take on roles such as Lead Groomer, Dog Bather, and Assistant Manager. I oversaw all in-store tasks, meetings, customer service interactions, and ensured all health and wellness met Scenthound Corporate and OSHA standards.

Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness (2023-04 – 2024-03)

As the Assistant Manager, I primarily oversaw a team of 20+ employees. My responsibilities included prioritizing the daily tasks and delegating them amongst staff, as well as leading in customer service and member related issues. I was responsible for setting sales goals and leading my team to hit all KPI's provided by corporate, interviewing and hiring staff, placing weekly and monthly orders, and disciplinary actions.

Marketing Assistant/Float Manager at TLB LLC (2020-06 – 2024-01)

As a Marketing Assistant for a private LLC, I assisted with administrative duties such as monitoring social media platforms, researching trends and demographics, data entry, field marketing, and event promotion for multiple businesses. I temporarily filled in as a Float Manager as needed by ownership.

Assistant Manager at Sally Beauty (2019-05 – 2021-11)

At Sally Beauty, I was promoted from casual sales, to floor lead, to Assistant Manager in a 6 month time frame. I was responsible for leading a team of 6+ employees, driving sales and KPI's, and providing exceptional customer service. I conducted inventory counts, loss prevention, placing orders, shipment, and training employees.
